Manage your account, trial, and billing
Find subscription controls, weekly email preferences, and the account settings that shape your experience.
Open SettingsYour trial and subscription
On the web, open Settings to view your current access and use Manage billing for a web subscription. For an Apple-billed subscription, manage it through Apple subscriptions. Visit the support page if you need help.
Weekly emails
Weekly check-ins are optional. Turn them on or off in Settings, or use the unsubscribe link in an eligible email. Essential service and security messages are separate from this preference.
Account access
Profile, coach, display, and workspace information are all in Settings. If you cannot sign in or see the expected access, use the support path below.
